Order Processing & Shipping Time
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Shipping charges will vary based on destination. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Our order processing time is normally within 48 hours except for special ordered items. Order processing time depends on product “Availability”. We maintain stock of most of our regular items, however it is difficult to keep all models of the products in stock. If the product is available in stock it will be shipped within 48 hours. However, if the product is not readily available, we will have to make it up. Depending on the item it will take additional time. Gold Rings and Embroidered Aprons and other specially manufactured items can take up to four weeks for delivery. We will furnish you our best estimated time for delivery.

We use the following carriers to deliver your orders:

(First Class, Priority, & First Class Intl, Priority International & Priority Express International 2 – 15 Business Days.
FedEx - (Usually 2-5 Business Days)
UPS - (Usually 2-5 Business Days)
Domestic Shipping Charges are calculated on the website automatically upon checkout based on the dollar value of the products you are purchasing, and the delivery location. The shipping charges displayed on the checkout pages are the actual charges the shipping carrier charges us.
International Shipping Charges are not available on the website. These charges are based on weight and dimensions of the package. Estimates include shipping destination, vat, duty and fees. We will manually estimate these charges for you and add the additional fees due to your invoice. Your shipping charges are all directly determined by the carrier.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the item received is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Special ordered items particularly gold Rings or Embroidered aprons are not refundable with certain exceptions.
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of our receiving and inspection of your package. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The time period includes transit time for us to receive, the time it takes to process your return and the time it takes your bank to process our request.
